Ricardo is the partner in charge of Market Relationship and has developed his career in the area of Consumer Relations, having dealt, since 1998, with the management of judicial and administrative proceedings involving Consumer Law. He holds a B.A. in Law from Faculdade de Direito do Sul de Minas (FDSM) and a specialization in Mass Litigation Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). 

 Ricardo is a member of the Consumer Relations Committee of the Brazilian Institute for Studies on Competition, Consumption and International Trade (IBRAC), a weekly columnist for the Jovem Pan Group, where he writes about Consumer Law, author of several articles on Consumer Law in other media outlets, as well as a lecturer at conferences and universities. 

 He was recognized by the ranking Análise Advocacia 500 as the “Most Admired Lawyer” in Consumer Law (1st place in 2013 and 2017; 2nd place in 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2021; 3rd place in 2020), by the Leaders League under the category “Large Scale – Consumer Litigation” (2019, 2020 and 2021) and by the British publication Global Law Experts as a benchmark in Brazilian Consumer Law (2013 and 2016).
