Manoel is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Business Law area and has over 30 years’ experience working at renowned law firms. He was a lecturer in several seminars and is the author of several articles on Corporate Law and International Law, in addition to being a professor in courses at the Escola Superior de Advocacia. He is also a member of the Corporate Committee of the Center for Studies of Law Firms (CESA).
