This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to and registrants on our Site, registrants at our events and to Third Parties visiting our Firm and describes the treatment, which encompasses the collection or access, use and storage, of your Personal Data by Viseu Advogados. 

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you thereby declare and agree that Viseu Advogados may treat your Personal Data in accordance with the terms set out therein. 

Viseu Advogados collects your Personal Data whenever you access our website www.viseu.com.br. When you contact Viseu Advogados you must provide us with your name and contact information, such as email address and telephone number. 

Whenever you visit the Viseu Advogados website, Viseu Advogados also receives and records on its servers your browser logs, including the type and version of your computer or mobile device's operating system, browser type and language, IP address and geographic areas derived from your IP address, Viseu Advogados cookie data, archive data, date and time records of access and duration of visits and the websites visited prior to accessing the Viseu Advogados website. We may relate this data to the Personal Data you provide for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. 

Whenever you visit our offices, we also collect your name and your General Taxpayer’s Registration.

Our content is not directed to children and teenagers. Therefore, we do not carry out age assessment or purposeful collection of your personal data. 

We will use your email address and phone number only for the purposes for which you expressly authorized their use (for example, to reply to messages sent by you through the Viseu Advogados website). You will only receive our email newsletter if you have agreed to it.

If you wish the Personal Data that Viseu Advogados keeps about you to be shared with another service provider, you have the right to request Viseu Advogados for its transferability.

It is important to note that the fulfillment of these rights will be subject to analysis regarding the viability and appropriateness of the request you make. There are cases in which it will not be possible, or even allowed by law, to meet all the rights.

As technology and our services advance, we will also adapt our Privacy Policy. Whenever we do, we will post the new version, which will indicate the date of the revision.
