Partner in the Corporate Criminal Law practice at Viseu, he holds postgraduate degree in Economic and European Criminal Law from the Law School at the University of Coimbra in Portugal and is specialized in Financial Markets and Capital Markets from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Pedro was an assistant-professor of criminal law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) (assistant for the Professor Phd Gustavo Octaviano Diniz Junqueira). Guest speaker at severals institutions regarding Criminal Law and Corporate Criminal Law. He is a mentor of the “Guide-U – creating talents for the future” program. He is a Vice Presidente of White Collar Crime legal studies of São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP, Subsection Pinheiros), a member of the Penal Committee of the Center for Studies of the Society of Lawyers (CESA), a member of the Criminal Procedure Committee of OAB-SP, Subsection Pinheiros, and the Criminal Law Committee of OAB/SP. Co-author of the book “Contemporary Law – Studies of the Criminal Law Committee of CESA,” on the topic “Money Laundering in Brazilian Criminal Law: Considerations about Conduct in Light of Law No. 12,683/2012.” Lawyer recommended awarded from several legal rankings.
