Écio Perin Junior holds a PhD (2006) and a Master’s (2001) in Social Relations Law, subarea Commercial Law, from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He has a specialization in Business Law from the Università degli Studi di Bologna, Italy (1999). He is a Professor of Commercial Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and the Mackenzie Presbyterian Institute and Founding Partner of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP). His areas of expertise are Capital Markets, Corporate Law (M&A) and Corporate Restructuring, Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Recovery. Écio is a Legal Consultant in the corporate area of Viseu Advogados.
